Point 4 of 9 · The review
Page experience, IA, messaging, trust, mobile
The specific changes across the surfaces this role owns, each one an application of the same idea: make the promise honest, and keep it.
- Messaging: match the CTA to the real step ("check coverage and get matched," not "browse psychiatrists"). Lead with the three differentiators: in-network (~$30 out of pocket), fast (days, not waitlists), quality (board-certified, 86% better after 2 visits).
- IA: pull eligibility up to decision points; tighten the condition / insurance / state internal-link graph so discovery funnels toward a start.
- Trust: proof adjacent to CTAs, not only lower down. Add the substantiation footnotes health claims require.
- Mobile: persistent primary CTA (not stacked), fast LCP, no layout shift, large tap targets, labeled forms.
- Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), a standard not a project: semantic headings, keyboard-navigable forms, focus states, contrast, alt text, checked on every template.
The working prototype is this made tangible: message-matched hero, eligibility surfaced before the 10-minute commit, proof next to the decision, mobile and accessibility built in.
